If the govt. had run PSA's like this after 9-11, instead of telling us to just keep shopping, I wonder if anything would be different today?

what the fuck does a helmet matter? its just 12 hi lifes! I mean if they were in his "messenger" (TM) bag then he would def need a helmet cause you know he wouldn't have breaks and that road is slick fools.
