I think airline tickets to Modesto might be more expensive than the lunch. In any case. on the left side of the sign, above the two "Hello" stickers. I'll take a pair of knickers instead? ;-)

Right on the lower edge of the left vertical side of the stop sign. PS. the flickr page you link to has a cheater note placed around the swobo sticker as well.
